Hey, we are looking for a developer who writes and likes Python (or Ruby) and has experience in developing web apps. We’re building some exciting financial / investment technology that has a web app front, and we’re looking for someone who can write sweet sweet semantic code to crunch data, and talk to the world via a web front end.
Here’s a breakdown of what we’re looking for:
- Python (or Ruby) love, knowledge, and experience
- Experience developing web apps
- Obviously, decent HTML + CSS + Javascript (Ajax) knowledge to work on the front end
- A “feel” for UI & UX would be a great plus
- Semantics. Whether it be your code or your ideas, we like things to be semantic!
We’ll be happy to look into and discuss any libraries you are used to that are relevant to the above, RoR or Django or whatever. If you’ve got prior work to show us, on Github or wherever, we’d love that.
